BICYCLE LIGHTS LAW REQUIREMENTS IN Nevada

At night, all bicycles, electric bicycles, and electric scooters must be equipped with the following:

1. A white front light visible from at least 500 feet away
2. A red reflector at the rear, approved by the Department, visible from 50 to 300 feet when in front of a motor vehicle's headlamps
3. Reflective material on both sides of the bicycle, visible from 600 feet when in front of a motor vehicle's headlamps or a lighted lamp visible from both sides from at least 500 feet away.

Additionally, all bicycles, electric bicycles, and electric scooters must have brakes that allow the operator to make the wheels skid on dry, level, and clean pavement.
